The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO (AFA), represents 50,000 of aviation’s first responders at 20 airlines. AFA was founded in 1945 as a democratic member driven union by Flight Attendants for Flight Attendants. For over 70 years, the Flight Attendants of AFA have built a career as aviation’s first responders.
